When you create an account, we may collect your personal identification information, including your full name, date of birth, citizenship, e-mail address, phone number, registration or residential address, information about the cryptocurrency wallet addresses to be used for the operations with the Company, and where applicable your Google or Facebook username, and other information if you create an account using your third-party log-in credentials (please see the Section “ Information Received from Third Parties” below). Additionally, we may receive information about you from third parties with services that interact with the Services or that provide services to us, such as unaffiliated apps and websites, websites and applications offered by third-party developers that integrate with our API, advertising exchanges, ad platforms, ad networks or from our partners. This information may include information about your activity when using the Services or on unaffiliated websites and apps, or information about you received from web browsers or operating systems such as browser types and settings, the operating systems, device models, carriers, location information, IP address, mobile device and advertising identifiers (e.g. Apple IDFA or Google Advertising ID), as well as cookie information, pixel or other similar technology. If you created your account using your Telegram, Google or Facebook account profile, we may receive certain information from it, such as your full name, gender, date of birth, email address and your Telegram, Google or Facebook ID.

We collect the content, communications and other information you provide when you use our Services, including when you sign up for an account, create or share content, and message or communicate with others. This can include information in or about the content you provide (like metadata), such as the location of a photo or the date a file was created. Our systems automatically process content and communications you and others provide to analyze context and what’s in them for the purposes described herein.

You can choose to provide information in your profile fields. This and other information (such as racial or ethnic origin) could be subject to special protections under the laws of your country.

We collect information about the people, Pages, accounts, hashtags and groups you are connected to and how you interact with them across our Services, such as people you communicate with the most or groups you are part of. We also collect contact information if you choose to upload, sync or import it from a device (such as an address book or call log or SMS log history), which we use for things like helping you and others find people you may know and for the other purposes listed below.

We collect information about how you use our Services, such as the types of content you view or engage with; the features you use; the actions you take; the people or accounts you interact with; and the time, frequency and duration of your activities. For example, we log when you’re using and have last used our Services, and what posts, videos and other content you view on our Services.

Identifiers: unique identifiers, device IDs, and other identifiers, such as from games, apps or accounts you use, and Family Device IDs (or other identifiers unique to Inventiv Foundation Company Services associated with the same device or account).

Device signals: Bluetooth signals, and information about nearby Wi-Fi access points, beacons, and cell towers.

Data from device settings: information you allow us to receive through device settings you turn on, such as access to your GPS location, camera or photos.

Network and connections: information such as the name of your mobile operator or ISP, language, time zone, mobile phone number, IP address, connection speed and, in some cases, information about other devices that are nearby or on your network, so we can do things like help you stream a video from your phone to your TV.

Cookie data: data from cookies stored on your device, including cookie IDs and settings.

Advertisers, app developers, and publishers can send us information about your activities off Inventiv Foundation—including information about your device, websites you visit, purchases you make, the ads you see, and how you use their services—whether or not you have a Inventiv Foundation account or are logged into Inventiv Foundation. We also receive information about your online and offline actions and purchases from third-party data providers who have the rights to provide us with your information.

Partners receive your data when you visit or use their services or through third parties they work with. We require each of these partners to have lawful rights to collect, use and share your data before providing any data to us. Learn more about the types of partners we receive data from.

Cookies

We may also use technologies like cookies and other similar technologies. Cookies are small files that can be automatically downloaded to your devices and designated to help websites recognize a user that has visited the website previously such as simplifying the logging in for registered users. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies. Cookies are sent to your browser from our servers and are stored on your device. What happens if we can’t collect your personal information?

We collect personal information about you so that we can perform our business activities and functions and to provide best possible quality of customer service.

We collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information for the following purposes:

We may share aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you. You should bear in mindthat the transactions on the blockchain network are public, so anyone can see them. We take appropriate security, administrative, and technical measures to protect any information you provide regarding the collection, storage, and processing, as well as security measures to protect your user account against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction of your personal identification information.

Any transactions on the blockchain network are public and we cannot exclude transaction data from the blockchain.

We retain your information so long as your user account is active. We also retain your information beyond this period as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, to support business operations and to continue to develop and improve our Services. Where we retain your information for Service improvement and development, we take steps to eliminate information that directly identifies you, and we only use the information to uncover collective insights about the use of our Services, not to specifically analyze personal characteristics about you.

If you have decided to receive marketing information from us, we retain information about your marketing preferences unless you specifically ask us to delete such information.

Our Services allow you to access and update certain information about you within your user account. You can update your profile information within your profile settings and modify content that contains information about you, for example, your name, email address, phone number, cryptocurrency wallet addresses, or you may replace scanned copy of your official photo ID (passport), proof of address, or any additional documents submitted by you to the Company with a new one.

You may opt out of receiving promotional materials from us by using the unsubscribe link within each email or by contacting us as provided below to have your contact information removed from our promotional email list or registration database.

We use the information we have to deliver our Services, including to personalize features and content and make suggestions for you (such as groups or events you may be interested in or topics you may want to follow) on and off our Services. Location-related information can be based on things like precise device location (if you’ve allowed us to collect it), IP addresses, and information from your and others’ use of Inventiv Foundation Services.

We use the information we have to develop, test and improve our Services, including by conducting surveys and research, and testing and troubleshooting new Services and features.

If and when we use face recognition technology to recognize you, the face-recognition templates we create may constitute data with special protections under the laws of your country.

We use the information we have about you-including information about your interests, actions and connections-to select and personalize ads, offers and other sponsored content that we show you. We use the information we have to verify accounts and activity, combat harmful conduct, detect and prevent spam and other bad experiences, maintain the integrity of our Services, and promote safety and security on and off of our Services. When you share and communicate using our Services, you choose the audience for what you share. You should consider who you choose to share with, because people who can see your activity on our Services can choose to share it with others on and off our Services, including people and businesses outside the audience you shared with.

If the ownership or control of all or part of our Services or their assets changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner.

We work with third-party partners who help us provide and improve our Services. We don’t sell any of your information to anyone. We also impose strict restrictions on how our partners can use and disclose the data we provide. Here are the types of third parties we share information with:

We provide advertisers with reports about the kinds of people seeing their ads and how their ads are performing, but we don’t share information that personally identifies you (information such as your name or email address that by itself can be used to contact you or identifies who you are) unless you give us permission.

We share information globally, both internally within our companies, and externally with our partners and with those you connect and share with around the world in accordance with this policy. Your information may, for example, be transferred or transmitted to, or stored and processed in the United States or other countries outside of where you live for the purposes as described in this policy. These data transfers are necessary to provide the services set forth in our Terms and to globally operate and provide our Services to you. We utilize standard contract clauses, rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decisions about certain countries, as applicable, and obtain your consent for these data transfers to the United States and other countries.

To whom may we disclose your information?

We may share your information, including personal identification information in the following cases:

you’ve consented or otherwise given us permission to share;

in response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with any applicable law, regulation or legal process;
if we believe your actions are inconsistent with our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Company or others;
in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of the Company’s assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company; and
between and among affiliated companies and, in some cases, with prospective affiliates.
